Run the installer
On Windows, follow the installer. On Mac, open the DMG, drag the app to Applications, then launch it.

Connect an AI model
On the first setup screen, enter an API key or sign in with a provider account.

Create your company
Name your company and folder, set your first project and its goal, then set up your organization.

Hand over a first task
Tell the Chief of Staff what you want done; it finds or drafts a workflow and prepares the run.
Updates
After installation the app checks for new versions. It downloads only the files that changed and applies them on the next launch; automatic updates can be turned on or off in Settings.
Data and diagnostics
Work data stays on your PC. To count apps in use and the apps used in a day, 7 days and 30 days, the app sends only its version, OS type, release channel, CPU architecture and the minutes since its previous signal once an hour. Usage and error diagnostics are off by default; when turned on, they send only the app version and the kind of error, never work content or device identifiers. Every request passes through our web server, whose access log records the IP address, time and similar details.
